Brian A. Harris, M.D.

Brian A. Harris, M.D., is a Board Certified Dermatologist at Harris Dermatology whose primary focus is on skin cancer surgery using the Mohs surgery technique. IN 1993,
Dr. Harris began practicing general dermatology in Fort Myers; however, since 2001
Dr. Harris has dedicated his practice to diagnosing and treating skin cancer.

Considered to be the leading Mohs surgeon in the area, Dr. Harris has co-authored several dermatology textbooks and is frequently published in numerous medical journals.

Dr. Harris is a graduate of Florida State University and the University of Florida Medical School, and trained at the Mayo Clinic before completing his dermatology residence at the University of Miami.

With extensive training in Mohs surgery, wound healing, and cosmetic procedures as a dermatology research fellow, Dr. Harris is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery.

Dr. Harris is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, the American Medical Association, and the Lee County Medical Society.
