Alexandria Fanning, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Harris Dermatology, where she diagnoses and treats a wide range of medical dermatology conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and skin cancer. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky, and she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky, graduating magna cum laude from both institutions. Before beginning her PA training, Alexandria worked as a medical assistant in dermatology, assisting with skin biopsies, injections, and surgical procedures. She is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants.
